Download Speeds: Our Download Speeds score is a score of how fast we downloaded and/or streamed videos on a particular site. We always use a cable modem to judge the speed of all sites. This is given a weight of 10.
Site Extras: Our Site Extras score let's you know whether the site has useful site extras or not. Our site extras include; a search funtion, a favorites section, live webcams, bonus streaming feeds and any other extra site features. This is given a weight of 5.
Customer Support: Our Customer Support score let's you know whether or not a site has good customer support, bad customer support or no customer support at all. This is given a weight of 5.
